Whipping Cream Biscuits

•    2 1/2 cups soft white wheat flour
•    2 tsp baking powder
•    1/2 tsp baking soda
•    1/2 tsp salt
•    1 Tbs honey granules (aka sucanat with honey)
•    1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

Combine the dry ingredients and then stir in heavy whipping cream. Knead slightly and Shape. Cut with biscuit cutter & place on bake sheet.
Bake for 9 minutes at 500 degrees.
