<li>3 3/4 cups freshly milled flour *&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
<li>1 tsp. salt&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </li>
<li>1/2 tsp. baking soda</li>
<li>1-2 Tbs. honey</li>
<li>1 1/2 cups buttermilk</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;Mix well and knead slightly.&nbsp; Shape into a round about 1-1 1/2" thick.&nbsp; Slash&nbsp; X across top.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Bake on greased cookie sheet or pie pan at 375F until done (about 45 minutes).</p>
<p>* Red or white wheat flour will work</p>
